Starting at $2,500, you get more than a wedding coordinator — you get a Wingwoman who brings the structure, support, and strategy to create a beautiful, seamless day.
How It Works
CONSULTATION MEETING
Let's get together and chat about it! We will meet face-to-face (if available) to discuss your vision and expectations for the big day. This typically takes around ~2 hours for us to really dive into the details and start creating a game plan.

VENUE TOUR
Once the contract is signed, the date is booked, and the wheels are in motion, we will select a date to do an in-person tour of the venue. This is where we will go over layout, flow, timeline, set-up, and any other areas of concern.

INTERIM
The game plan is set and the timeline has been started. During this time, I am here to answer any planning questions you have, be a soundboard for any concerns that come up, and generally provide any stoke and support you need.

ONE MONTH OUT
I will swoop in to assist with vendor communication & confirmation, timeline finalization, venue layout, distribution of timeline and layout to all VIP's and vendors, rehearsal set-up, and attend to any other items that need attention.

REHEARSAL DAY
The day prior to the wedding, we will do a ceremony rehearsal run-through with the wedding party and anyone else who is vital to a seamless day-of execution.
This typically takes ~1 hour.

WEDDING DAY
We're here...you made it! The BIG DAY!
I arrive bright and early, ready to step fully into my role as your Wingwoman. I'll oversee set-up, communicate with vendors, direct guests, execute timeline, make executive decisions, and manage the day according to the game plan we created together. ~Up to 12 hours day of
